This is my first day off and it's turned out to be a scorcher so I headed off out with the pooches.

Soon as we got to the lake Maisy was in.....

Closely followed by Snicker ( today was the first time Snicker had swam properly, she appears to be a natural like Maisy !)

I had my JK Neck rig with me and decided to try lighting some dried old mans beard and seeds....

This failed, plenty of smoke but no flame, I added some fatwood that is in my rig and it then lit straight away !

Sweet ... that water looks soooo refreshing. I'm liking that JK rig alot :thumbup:

I was about to suggest throwing Snicker in because in all your pics she is always standing at the edge.

Maisy always cracks me up. I smile every time I see a picture of her swimming.

Those dogs don't know how lucky they are! They get more woods time than most people I know. Great pics, Pit. And as always, thanks for inviting us along.
