Love this pattern, and this makes the 3rd one I have. My first is the Goldenrod, my second is the American Worker, w/black micarta, and now a third one in Molasses Bone. To tell the truth I think the MB is the best looking of all three. It came with the excellent fit and finish that I have come to expect from Case in recent years. The edges on all 3 blades were shaving sharp, and it has great walk/talk. What more could you ask of a $58.00 slipjoint?!?!

Anyone else fond of the pattern?

Yeah, been thinking about changing my name to NOPICS!:D:D;) I like the fact that it is a three spring whittler and it has a little more width to hang on to.

I think this and the stockman version are my new all time favorite Case patterns. The main blade doesn't have the walk and talk my Canoe does but it is still pretty good. Nice selection of handle materials/bone too!
