Just another Hunter to sit on my table at the Blade Show..
Forged from 1 1/8 W1, clay backed with phenominal hamon activity.
"Crazy" Spalted Maple handle that I got from Peter Martin about a year ago. Really wild conttrast in it - not for everybody!
Stainless fittings in a take-down assembly.
Thanks for letting me share!

That's possible! I'm not sitting with it here in my hand right now, but it looks like it.
Wanna know a secret? I don't measure them. I just draw them out on the guard stock and cut them out.
I try to make them neither too short nor too long, however.
This knife is a little on the large size, so it must have looked right when I drew it.

It looks right now, too! I really dig your knives, but this one seems to stand out, for me - all the right stuff, with the right dimensions!

i agree with Matt, looks great like it just fills your hand right up, and I think Matt is right the guard does curve down a bit more than usual, and i love it! Wish I could make it to blade to see all your knives in person Karl.

that is one very nice looking knife . Bet it would be real comfortable hanging on ones belt.

I really like the way the handle palm swell is formed, and the curve to the guard. I bet once in the hand, you never want to let go! :)
