I guess this one's for Sal, really.
Is there any chance of us seeing a run of Yojimbo's without the name on the blade?
Since this model has been intended to be as low profile and legal as possible, I thought that there might be a bit of a market for 'unmarked' knives.
I guess you have to be Japanese, a Spydie fan, a Japanese movie (or just Kurosawa) buff, or perhaps a Japanese MA enthuisiast to know what the word means, so I don't know how much of a real difference it would make with a police officer if I ever ended up in court with it.
I have a Black Yo' on the way, but I would certainly feel more comfortable carrying it on a day to day basis if it didn't have "Bodyguard" splashed across the blade.
Alternatively, can anyone suggest how easy/difficult it would be to polish out the etch?
