Well there is Jerry 8usse, Jerry Buse, Jery Busse I am forgetting the rest...Oh Jerrv Busse too
 
I can recall Jerry Bussse, and Jerry_Busse, I think there has also been Gerry Busse, but I have never taken notes. I'm sure there are quite a few.
