Here is the second knife in the Kitchen Series, the paring knife. This one is 7 1/4" overall, with a 3" blade, 1/2" tall, and 1/16" thick. Add a sheath to this and it would make a great knife for panfish or small game. This is going to mqqn tomorrow to join the other one in the passaround.

Very nice! You get a chefs' knife and a bread knife going and you'll pretty well have a full set! Did the Boss design this one, too?
 
Kitchen knives are interesting that you are coming out with.
I find myself using that Kep you made me quite a bit in the kitchen also.
Can't wait to try the one headed towards us eventually.
This does look like it would work good for fishing.

That looks perfect!

I bet that will be a great filet knife, as I know it will be nice and flexible, yet hard enough to have a good edge.

We are going to wait and see if these two prove to be popular first. If they don`t, it would be a waste of time. I had enough material on hand for these two.
