Another interesting Khuk auction - Indian. strange Cho.

Wow it has an intergral guard.
Quite frankly, it kind of offends me that the guy would sell a valued personal object. :barf:
But to each his own, I suppose.

Im not sure what to make of that, cho looks like it was made on a drill press...
Kinda cool in a way though...

Looks petty clean...Handle sure split like bone, not ivory...

It has a Thor's hammer cho! Cool!

Interesting knife.

This knife was personal to me, I would like to see it held by a great hand.

If that were my situation I would give it as a gift to someone I hold in high esteem.

Yes a great hand, and its counterpart great hand handing over an even greater handful of cash will be oh so helpful in getting past my loss and great sadness...

what a jackass!! That statement is too gay for me to even respond further...

but I'll try...

Yes a great hand like, like maybe KEVIN SORBO yes yes! :barf:

The drilled cho is common on these small and nicely made "mess knives". I have also seen it on "officers" models. These toy /letter opener kukris were used as momentos from regimental/battalion events. I have yet to see one with a bone grip although ivory and silver combinations are common. Ivory will split with age or improper temperature treatment.

mmmmmm The ebay one looks ivory to me. ;)

Pity the belt straps are cut off of the frog on the scabbard though! :(

I have only seen one bone one, most seem to be Ivory or horn & brass fittings.

Nice little toys! I like mine! :D

Edited to add photo link. :D
