Another Kami Mark Question - Crescent Moon - Keshar Lal now?

I have a YCS Karda that I bought from Auntie last year. It has a crescent moon mark on it.

Am I correct in understanding this is Keshar Lal's mark now?

You are correct. Kesar Lal was given the mark by The Royal Kami himself.

I thought I read that he and Bura talked about some design and then agreed on Keshar Lal using the crescent moon. What design was that Karda - do you know? Was it the KLVUK?

Thank you Karda. That is really a great khukuri. Some guys may look at it and be turned off by the rough finish but the weight and balance are truly excellent. It is a work horse and a half!
