Another Knife Decision . Would appreciate some input .

Ok , of these two knives (that are basically the same specs) which one who you think is the better knife and why ? Ontario's TAK-1 in D2 or Scrap Yard's Sykco 5 in SR-101 ? They seem to be priced about the same , if they are both new .
