ok this is a simple one guys. i bought another Lahar today and again AWSOME KNIFE! thing is i again didnt see something till i got home. now on Kershaw's site the model number is 1750, but on my new Lahar it says 1745. im asking more out of curiosity as to why it says "1745" instead of "1750". prolly just some fluke. really dont care. its solid as can be and sharper than heck.

just wondering. maybe Thomas can answer as to the reason if any. i'll prolly just laugh at it whenever i see it

Oohh TJ, that is the cursed Lahar that causes impotency! Send it to me ASAP for your own health! I am married so it won't matter! :D

Well with these done up in Japan, obviously something got lost in translation. Funny though.

Thomas. Thats kinda what i figured. i really dont care. i was just wondering as to why it would be like that. "Lost in translation", now thats funny!

well i sold my other Lahar to a friend (he needed it for work), and he loves it. all's good!

1750 here. After seeing the Lahar at Blade, I've been waiting to see one in a brick&mortar to pick purchase. Success! I got one Friday afternoon from the lovely daughter of GPKnives.

I'm every bit as impressed with it in hand as I was in Atlanta.

Great job, guys!

The Lahar has been added to the rotation of EDCs, along with the JYDII, Cyclone, and S30v Leek. A rotation that has come to be dominated newer models of Kershaw.

You've definitely got a Kershaw Konvert on your hands, Thomas. :)
