I received my third Large Sasquatch yesterday. It is an older one, made almost ten years ago. It is somewhat unique in that it has a single hilt (nickel silver with squared top) and thumb notches. Its sheath also lacks a hone pocket. It has a #22 handle shape made of stacked leather, and its butt cap is the Crow's Beak style made of Duralumin with a wrist thong hole.

A modern Randall 'Bolo' knife, cool! Going off to the jungle anytime soon? There was a guy that used to post here, was down in S. America IIRC, that used a RMK Bowie as a machete - a Confederate Bowie I think it was, go figure...

My fourth Large Sasquatch was ordered in January, and I am expecting it in November of this year. It will have the following options: Thumb Notches, Fine Silver Single Hilt with Squared Top, Sterling Silver & Black Spacers, Black Micarta Handled with Single Finger Grip shape, and Fine Silver Radiused Butt Cap (the Fine and Sterling Silver were sourced from Doug Cream). That's six chargeable options, but then again, Dealer Specials are not limited to five chargeable options like other Randalls. I also specified a black no-hone sheath. According to Doug Cream, this will be the only single-hilt Large Sasquatch with pure silver furniture.
