This is the porcupine model. I liked the blade profile. Overall length is only 5.75 with a 3 inch blade. It's feather light. I shaved my face with this blade earlier. Never tried it before. I was amazed with the results. Needless to say the shave wasn't as good as a triple blade mach3, in all honesty, but this was my first time trying it. It's not as easy as one might think trying to control blade angle and not cutting your throat. lol. It did give a damn good shave for a fixed blade knife. I'm clean as a new whistle. I'm gonna try to perfect this and never buy another razor.

Seriously, it gave me a good shave. No joke.

I'm purely convinced that the Bernard family makes the best, most beautiful, no frills, exotic, knives in the world. Warning though. Once you buy one, you can't stop. This is my third one.
Thanks for looking folks. Be well.

PS- It's Giraffe Bone. You'll spend about 140 dollars for a knife like this.

I agree wholeheartedly with you regarding the quality of Brunos. Congratulations.

Couple more shaves for practice and it WILL shave as close as that Mach 3 I bet.

I just posted in a another Bruno thread so I'll stop now.

I have two older Arno's knives ( 15 + years old ). One is 5" and the other tad under 4" (very light & thin). Both are ATS 34. Both had Buffalo hide sheaths. Also they both have bolsters, meaning made by senior Arno Benard. They took a razor sharp edge and I enjoy using them.
