another...Molle sheath question.

RC-6 , I don't see a molle back for the big boy. I know it comes with /you can get the molle clips for it. I'm not a little guy so I like the knife to ride lower than the clips offer. Will the molle back be available for the RC-6 or will I need to get something else?
Will the RC-6 fit in the rc-5 / Eagle sheath? ....or maybe I'm on crack since I don't have one yet to try. I just don't want it digging in my side.

Sorry if this has been asked before. I'm trying to surf and watch the UNC- Duke game and i'm on pins and needles here!!!!!!! Go HEELS.

The nylon MOLLE back works only for the RC-3 and RC-4. It's too narrow for the RC-6. Couldn't tell you about the RC-5 sheath. If you want it to ride lower than the clips will allow, I would suggest using para-cord through the lashing holes on the sheath.
 
No MOLLE back yet for the RC-6. It will probably be too long to fit in the RC-5 sheath.
 
I made my own "drop down" out of some scrap Kydex, it's by no means MOLLE compatible, but it works pretty good by keeping the handle out of your ribs. Here's some pics to get an idea of how it looks.

sd550, That looks very good. Thanks for the pictures I may have to try that myself when I get mine in. I'm mainly looking for a lower belt loop so that would work nicely.
 
I keep the factory sheath mounted to my Pygmy Falcon II and I have the Large Spec-ops sheath for the RC6 for other applications
 
Tony, could you shoot me an email with which spec-ops you have? I'm pretty sure I've seen pictures of it (Survival Sheath?). I think that is the way I want to go.

I have the large Survival sheath made by Spec-ops,the survival version has been discontinued and they are only doing the combat version now,I assume the combat sheath has the same dimensions...
 
Good to know. I just bought a RC-3 and really thinking about a 6. That sheath looks perfect.

What bag is that?
