Another newbie

Hallo Everyone,

While I have been around for a while, I have been mostly reading up and working on a bit of a collection. Of late I have also been a little more active on the AAPK forum and hope to be more active here too. I am still learning a lot but will hopefully be able to start making a meaningful contribution here soon. And I hope to be able to share my Camillus acquisitions with you in the near future.

I hail from the Great Karoo region of South Africa and I just love knives, in all shapes and sizes, but I do have a particular weakness for the "classic" folding knives.

Welcome to the Camillus area of the Forum. There is a lot of helpful information in this area. As you have or will find out, the records were not well kept. We are fortunate to have people that worked for Camillus here to help.

Thanks Edbeau, you are so right, it is indeed a privilege to have Camillus guys like Mr. Williams on the board - his experience and background is something you cannot buy or replace - it is truly beyond valueable!
