Pala spent most of the afternoon at the local Wizdom Thrift Store (cancer victim support) buying clothes for the kamis and their families. It's not high fashion but the kamis love this stuff and it keeps them warm during the brisk Surya Benai nights.
But please don't start sending used clothing! Pala has all he can handle right now.
And he'll be hand carrying the Good Samaritan sales cash generated here on the forum plus some other cash back with him to give them directly.
Boys, I can tell you with absolute confidence that the kamis will appreciate these used clothes and cash more than we would appreciate a new MB parked in our driveway free of charge.
