Another plus for the 317

I'm at camp this week. I caught three perch and was cleaning them in the kitchen. My trusty Rapala, an original from Finland, was just not up to the task. I had sharpened it, but it was not doing a good job.

Frustrated, I took my 317 and used the slim blade. The last two fish were a joy to fillet. I sure love my 317.
 
Yeah, I have to get a user, mine is mint 1st version and I dont want to mess it up.

I sure wish Buck had those old dies from Camillus. I'd probably even be tempted if Buck made an off-shore 317. I'm surprised the black market isn't flooded with copies.
