Another Positive Customer Service Experience

Well, I've got to give it to Kershaw. There's no other company that I know of that will listen to their customers AND be friendly and courteous doing it. (I take that back, spyderco has great CS too.)

I was able to talk to Thomas on the phone about what I thought was right and what needed improvement, and I was given one of the most friendly, courteous conversations that I've had in a long time with a businessman. And I didn't get the "Nobody sees the wizard..." feeling that I get when talking to some knife companies and asking to talk to the head honcho.

are you at liberty to speak about details or is it hush hush?
 
In short, I bought a bulk number of knives at normal price and wanted to know if I could sell them to my co-workers without getting in any legal trouble (as far as me not being a dealer). I actually sold them at a lower price than I paid, but I've converted enough people to not care about the price right now. The knives were Needs Works.
 
nice. sounds like it worked out just fine. i have had some very positive emails with tim and thomas and it feels really nice to be able to have such familiar communication with such high value company members.
 
I have been telling people for a long time about the qualities of Kershaw and the people of Kershaw . It is refreshing to see so many people getting that knowledge first hand. Kudos :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
