Another question: Hayes Hawk info?

I discovered that there will be a Hayes Hawk out in the fall, I believe. Info at www.hayesknives.com

So, any details? Wally HAyes makes AWESOME blades, both long ones (swords) and short ones (neckers)! And he's the prez of the Canadian Knifemaker's Guild. Furthermore, he is a helpful guy. I have e-mailed him a few times with questions and he has been great. he sent me info once on doing Japanese style handle wraps. I can't wait to see this hawk

You may want to ask this question in the general Hawk forum in the General Area - this forum is specifically for Hawks made by ATC.

Yes, ATC is doing the Hayes Hawk project and we are a little disappointed to report that we wanted to be closer to releasing it right now than we actually are. That's not to say we are very far off...

Rather, we have just been working at a furious pace to accommodate our existing product demand...we're making room though...it won't be long!
