Excellent suggestion, thank you!I use eBay completed sales, Arizona Custom Knife, etc. It works for me. Good luck.
maybe put the topic of your question in the title of your post so it attracts the members who have interest in your query .Is it appropriate to ask what the fair market value is for a specific knife under normal circumstances? And if it is which forum should be used? Thanks
Its a Case kickstart trapperlock. I followed the advice of Dragon Man and was able to save a significant amount on one I purchased online!

My attraction is pedestrian. It looks good, is a case, and fits my definition of a sensible EDC (which will be its intended purpose)With Case knives, values can vary based on what the blade steel is, what handle material the knife is made with, how many of the variant you own were produced, the condition it’s in, is the packaging with it, plus more. After a basic search it looks like the kickstart trapperlock was released fairly recent (2019 or so), I’d guess values would be close to what they sold for retail but I could be way off, there’s a lot of variables and info that no one has. Pics of the condition help too.

Not really, "never pay retail!"Ok now it sounds like the value isn’t a concern, this is a puzzling thread!
Of course unless you are buying GEC!!!Not really, "never pay retail!"
