Lol dogs are awesome. My german shepherd wouldn't have let my little one make it that far and she is 6. every time she gets to running around the yard he starts herding her back to the house. it pisses her off but makes me laugh.

Holy cow! You guys are killin me!! After gettin my first dog after marraige, I don't see not having one in the family. My first, Brutis a 160 lb rott, was the best first 'man's best friend' imaginable. I and Mrs Schmittie still morn his loss after three years. But his niece is still with us and fills the void. She brings a new level of silliness to the family. I often feel bad for families that have never had a fury companion....
