Well they just arrived this morning. The finish is superb. :cool: :cool: :D

Handle fit and edge finish are immaculate. Thanks Swamp Rat for a great product. :cool: And a special thanks Eric for all of your help.

One of these will be a constant companion with me around the farm for sure, my wife already has her eyes on the other one. :D:D

They look great. I've ordered two, as well. One will become my father's EDC. The other will have to compete against my Active Beauty for the EDC/EDU role ...
Still waiting for Eric to contact me on payment and shipment info ...

Hi,
I got one the other day and it is perfect.The finish and fit is as Ian says superb.This is a lot of knife for the money.I havn't used mine yet but will.I took a few comparision pics with an AD and JD will post later.

My MOney order has already been sent. :) Whats up with that billboard of info on the sides? Is it on all of them? If so, I see some fine sand paper in mines future when it arrives.

I haven't received any emails from you, but I can let you know that right now we are sold out of Safari Skinners but we hope to have more available soon and at that time we will have them on the website to order

... got a letter in the mail ... (isn't there a run-to-cadence that starts like that ... :D )
I'll pick them up on Monday as our local PO is closed over the weekend :grumpy:

I'll take some pics of them together with my Active Beauty and post them on Monday.

Bingo! :D Flawless craftmanship by SRKW/MWT. It's a hair poppin' sharp hell of a cutter right out of the box ... :D

Short comparison with my Active Duty: overall length appr. 1 1/2 Inches longer than my Active Duty, however appr. the same blade length. The Safari Skinner's handle feels really good. The size of its handle is somewhat better for my hand, I am thinking of a slightly enlarged Active Beauty at the moment. :D

I'll post pics ASAP. I promise.
