Here is another great effort by Sanu and Bhimsen that I thought forumites might like to see. This one was a special order for a lefty and is on its way to its new home. Very good work by both men -- 10/10 which is becoming standard for them.

Absolutely lovely. That look of satin-polished, carved wood and silver is as classy as anything I have ever seen.

Sorry to post again, but I was just thinking how a katana in this style would be just wonderful.

Where's my wallet? That's right it's empty. I guess I need more money. Great looking knife. Once again, the pics are looking great Uncle Bill!

Uncle Bill, you're welcome.

Is that an Amarillus (sp) on the table? Those are some of my favorite flowers.

WOW! can hardly wait for it to get here! I knew when I saw rogers SBS I had to have one and now I'm really glad I chose a tarwar. Thanks Uncle!

Brent,

It's an optical illusion. It's really only the size of a Kumar Karda............NOT!!!

I think I'm actually going to have to hang this one up on the wall, not above the bed though....that could ruin a perfect moment in a hurry!

It arrived today, looks even better in person. A few minutes with chakma and strop got it scary sharp, balance is wonderful, handle seems to be very usable and the fit in the scabbard is unbelievable! no rattle,no motion.engraving on scabbard is very nice, dragons were a nice touch. Sanu and Bhimsen gave me more than I expected, and I expected quite a bit!

Brent, I've heared that Uncle Bill does trade-ins. You might want to check with him.
