Hey guys this is one of two I am finishing up. Xmas presents for the inlaws, yeah cutting it close but got it done with a couple of days to spare.

Any how this one has a claro walnut sheath, the blade itself is 1095 clay quenched parks 50. The handle is natural pau ferro. Handle is about 4.5 inches, blade is about 7.5".

Sorry about the crummy pics still need to get a light box setup. Critique and suggestions always welcome. Thanks for looking.

Here are the other two that are going with the one above. Same style for one and a small pearer. Both of these are .09" 52100. The sashimi guy has pau ferro handle and a louro sheath. The louro wood has a really nice chatenance kind of like the koa's just in a straighter grain pattern. I want to get some of it stabilized and try out on a handle in the future. I stained it with a oak stain then waxed and buffed.

The little guy is the same steel with some local maple burl I had stabilized by KandG. This guy is very sharp ask me how I know :D

Very very nice! If I may ask, what keeps the blade retained in the wooden sheath? I think that's an awesome touch.

Thanks for the compliments guys.

Grizzly usually on these guys there is a hole drilled behind the blade and a ebony dowel pin goes in there. I need to get some pins and or make some so I can do that on the next couple.
