Wanted to thank Mick and crew for their first class customer service.
I just sent my AR in to have the finish changed from tiger stripe to bead blast, as there was a mix-up on the original order back in August. Got it back in only a week, total. It was also re-sharpened, and seems even better than before. They even called me to say that the knife was a little tight and asked if I wanted it loosened up a bit.
I know this subject has been brought up many times before, but it's worth repeating.
These days, even companies that supposedly have iron clad warranties have their share of disgruntled customers, due to poor customer service, but really, I've never heard of anyone who felt they weren't treated fairly by Strider as long as they were given a chance to correct a problem.
It is rare to find this type of service after the sale.
Thanks guys! I hope you can keep things running this way, as you grow.
 
Man - if anyone knows about "after-sale service", it's me. ;)

Mick and the guys are indeed the best. God knows that I've tried Mick's patience a few times, but the end result is an extremely happy Strider supporter who will continue to support them and sing their praises.
