This one was made by David Hanson, Don's brother. He told me he orginally sold this for $150, I bought it for less than $50 on eBay.

I don't even have it yet, but Mr. Hanson specifically said that it sharp, but not razor sharp.

WOW! First the Horrigan and now this! I've got to pay more attention on Ebay. Let me know your name over there (you an PM me) so I don't bid against you!

Actually, that was a chance thing.
I've been pretty lucky,
But you know, there's a lot of sellers, but no that many bidders over in the axe, hatchet and tomahawk section of ebay.
Also, it was in the knives>other category, so you wouldn't have seen it.
I just know things. ;)

And it's bigger than it looks, here's a few details:
"It is made from 1/8th+ thick circle saw blade. The handle is made from green micarta with 1/4th inch thick solid brass butt scales. Overall length is 16 3/4ths inches. Axe head width is 7.25 inches wide. This axe come sharp but due to safety reasons it is not razor sharp, but close to it."
And apparently, it's very effective in slaughtering imaginary beasts as well:
"this is an axe I made for an old friend in 1994. He said he wanted to fight gargoils (monsters) with it. It is a midevil design." :D

damn can u throw it accurately not that ud want to
I'm not sure. The handle is a rectangle, and has sharp corners, so I wouldn't want to throw it right now anyway. It's actually quite uncomfortable. I'm considering having the edges rounded by someone.
