Here's another sheath I finished just now for a Matt Bailey Custom Knife.

Coming along nicely! On your tooled sheaths, very lightly scribe a line around the edge of the sheath for your border and then place your camo tool evenly spaced right on that line. You can also cut this line in with a swivel knife and bevel it and then put in your camo tool border. This will eliminate the drift you are experiencing. Also be very attentive to the spacing of the tool so that it is straight and edge to edge with every impression. These are minor points, but they do make the difference between average and perfection.

You can take a little extra time on the belt sander and knock that little hump at the terminal end of the toe stitching down a bit and give the sheath top line a little straighter look. (right at the bottom of the fold)

If you get tired of these critiques, just let me know and I will stop this and start blowing smoke up your butt instead.:D
