Another sheather question

That's suppose to say another sheath question. What options are there for the Miliganza AD, in kydex and leather? Not quite sure which way I want to go.
 
I know that Armoralleather has nice leather drop sheaths that were specifically made for the ADs. Here is one with a Custom Shop AD in it:

Do you know if Dwayne has those on hand, or are those a made by order item?
