A few months back I claimed a Leatherman skeletool cx from the Pay it Forward thread. It was in great shape and worked flawlessly......until I got a hold of it. I think I took a turn to hard and it smacked into my tool box and hit the floor, didn't think much of it. Get home, realize the bit and lever from the bit holder are gone.......F#@$, S+!π, D@%√. So I contacted them, told them said story and without question, less then 2 weeks later a brand new one PLUS BITS!!!! Showed up today. :eek::eek::D:D:cool::cool::cool:

Yea made me happy as hell. I gotta go back through the thread cause for the life of me I can't remember who I claimed it from and I didn't start writing it down until after that one

Love to hear good things about good companies. Was happy to hear that Sal helped out 'ol @Yimes today also. Happy for him, and perhaps a new Spydie in my future!

Did they actually get it sorted out? I wasn't to thrilled about the other comment Sal made.
