Went to my first "big" show yesterday and it was a ball. I met some great people from the knife forums and I did a little buying, selling, and trading. :D I bought a good bit of paracord and a cigar box (empty) and here are my 2 knife treasures. My best buddy also got a GEC that I helped pay on and its a stag conductor. I've been saving for a month and a half for this show. With my trading/selling I was able to get the blind horse in trade with cash to boot. I came home with more money then I started with. :thumbup: Thats always a great note.

Glad you had a good time ASH! Two great knives,a good time,and a little Cash to boot! Can't beat that! You didn't even mention they have pretty good food at that show.

I only had a hot dog and a diet coke and if you can't warm up a hot dog something is wrong. :eek: You gonna be at the Pittsburg show end of this month?

I have always been into willing and dealing. Even as a kid I'd trade with kids from school over the phone and take it the next day to trade. My mom always laughed because I would always get off the phone and have blood red ears from trading. :D
 
You wanna meet somebody can't warm up a Hot Dog! Wait till you go to Pittsburgh Show! 4 dollar Hot Dog and it SUX! Pack a lunch! Of course I'll be there.

If you can come home from a knife show with more money than you came with, I need to hire you as my advisor next show I go to. I always came home with gas money, but that was it.

That is some nice loot from the show. I reallly like that BH. I recently got a GEC pocket slip as well. Nice piece. :thumbup:
 
I cut up a cow zone with the BHK and wasn't thinking about 01 being a carbon steel so the tip and a little up has an awesome patina started. :D
