This one has 1095 steel with a nice hamon. I have been trying to take decent pictures of the hamons, but have not been able to get decent shots. They all look washed out.
I will accept photography tips from anyone...please.

The handle is stabilized redwood burl, with a mosaic pin and 1/8th " tubes.

What do you think?

Photography tip: try taking pictures of the knife against a lighter color background. Also, try experimenting with some slightly different light angles and intensities.

Great looking knife, by the way. And just saw your 1084/Micarta recurve, which sold in about half a minute! :)

Thanks, I sold a slimpoint recurve a while ago on the forums, and had this one made, but without a sheath. I got an email asking if there were any more like the slimpoint, and, well, there was. This is the knife that was sold without posting.

Gorgeous knife in every way, again that's pure Matt Bailey all over that knife.

Your going to have a very good year and allot of happy customers :D

Hold that blade shape for me!
