This knife was built for a friend who just celebrated 2 years (hence the marks on the flat side) sober. The blue scales represent the color of the 4th edition Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous. He also asked for the AA unity symbol on the grind side. Blade is .140" CPMS35VN, heat treated by TruGrit. Every detail of the knife is of the customer's design.

How did you do the hole? I've been playing around with different drills/saws for that size.

Used a carbide tipped hole cutter. The texture inside the hole was done with a large carbide burr.

The texture looks awesome. I was using a bi-metal hole saw that had a drill bit as the center but it leaves a rough texture that takes forever to file out
