Nice Model 28!!! One of my favorite guns...I have a six inch (my first revolver)and a 4 inch. I wish they still made 'em.

Yours looks really black in the photo. Is that a re-blue job? Nice grips, also. I really aadmire the look of one-piece wood grips, but unfortunately the finger grooves never fit my fingers! I stick with Pachmayer presentation "N-Frame Small" which fits my hand as well as aany grip I've tried.

No reblue, that's all original. It does kind look black in the picture.
And it is a mod-28-zip, No extension.
And the Serial number starts with an 'S'.
And it shoots great.
And it's MINE.
And here it is with my Kit Carson large #4.
