Another thanks to the customer service

I have a Endura that the edge is somehow impacted without me knowing it, and it was not somehting that I really want to try and fix. I send it in to Spyderco and they told me that they'll switch the blade for me. I just received it today, and phone up Mike at Warranty and asked him why the switch.
They said that they tested the knife and it came back that the knife could've closed on my hand!!! I don't even know it, and they didn't even charged me for the sharpening fee.
