I suspect it is an imported knock-off. It seems there was a thread on these a while back.

Doesn't the frame look newer? With the blade being late 60's?

I agree Scott. The BUCK USA looks etched and not centered where it is supposed to be. Versus the hard stamping on reverse.

note the frame buck has nothing like the angles of the end of the frame... this is one were buck needs to contact and have listing stoped as is NOT a buck rather knock off ...
only good in collection as evdance of most copyed knife in world if cheep enugh and to get the box ans sheath...
 
Well, for whatever reason, the seller has decided to end the auction after only one day. Perhaps he heard about all the talk here on the forum. :eek:

Now you see it now you don't. :D It was back......for a while.....with an explanation as to why it was pulled the first time. But......now once again..... it's gone.

I'm pretty sure that there was a couple of bidders when I looked yesterday. I think "whatabeaut" was one of them. But isn't he always. :D

BTW, has anyone done a search on the bay lately for a 560? It looks like ark has finally cornered the market. :eek:

Yeah,, arks knives must be trying to make a killing while there arent other 560's listed....
