If you need an alarm, that cuts down the field to mostly quartz....got a price in mind? Cause a need for tritium gets the price up a tad, and is harder to find.
Some ideas, though:
On the inexpensive, non-tritium end, The Timex Ironman has an analog hands version that is thinner than the G-shock and has plenty of alarm and chronograph features. Same for some other Casios, and there are several Seiko Diver-style analog hand watches with dual time in digital style, but they tend to get a little bulkier. None of these have Tritium, though.
I haven't seen one, but the St Moritz watches look interesting, like this Format 2 Ti Chrono, at
www.theoutdoorprofessional.com. Not tritium, but the new stuff being used, like Maraglow, is supposed to be pretty good.
On the higher end, if you can find a used one, Chronosport used to make the UDT, which was a thin profile quartz/analog hands with dual time/timer in digital, and glowing hands. Not tritium, though, I think.
eBay will yield many of the Marathon watches, which have a similarity to the Luminox, including the Traser/Tritium vials, but I haven't seen a dual time one, or one with an alarm. Same for the Stocker and Yale watches--they have traser hands but that's about it. Thin profile, though.
Lastly, you could look at Chase Durer, at
www.watchshop.com. They have several that might fit your profile, with the Blackhawk Mach 3 being the only one with an alarm, analog hands, and tritium dial--but no second time zone

A little pricey, though.
You might also want to check the Military Watch resouce, at
www.broadarrow.net--it it is the Bladeforums of military watches.
