Another watch question

Thanks to some advice received here, I'm narrowing my choice of a watch to one of a couple Luminox watches. Now for the question: can I switch bands on a watch from the metal to rubber type without any modifications? Since I can't seem to decide which band I like, it would be nice to have the ability to change back and forth as the mood hits. Thanks again for the help. Dave
