FNG to this forum. Just wanted to say that I took my Strider MT with me to Antarctica where I work construction with the support guys at McMurdo Station. I have seen several knives and multi-tools snap like breadsticks in the subzero temps we have there. The Strider hasn't even chipped yet. I'm looking to get a BD with the blunt tip for prying and scraping. Only one on the continent. Probably will send my work buddies running to purchase one.

Thanks to all the Strider Guys !

BTW When we run out of the canned Guinness we have at the Erebus Club in McMurdo. We resort to home brew stout.

Cheers

Raytheon Polar Services out of Littleton, Colorado. Try the Job Fairs or look them up on the Internet. Pay is based on your skill or trade. Also jobs through the National Science Foundation (NSF).
