Jimmy,

I’m sure that this has been covered already but I’m unable to find the right link. I recently picked up an Anthem and I was wondering why the clip is spaced about 1/8 inch from the handle. I noticed the same thing on one at the store. Is this intentional and, if so, what is the reason? Seems less secure in my pocket that way and I’d hate to lose it. Possible to send it in to be tightened down? I’d try myself but would hate to break it. :)

Thank you.

1/8" seems to be a lot, mine isn't that much. It's intentional, and because of the machined scallops in the handle.

Just getting back from vacation. Yes the gap is intentional. Since the titanium clips don't flex like the stainless steel ones we leave a slight gap so that you can easily get it in your pocket. 1/8" does sound excessive.

Thanks, Jimmy. Appreciate it. Such an absolutely outstanding knife!!

I did slightly adjust mine such that it just touches the handle. Seems to hold the knife a little bit better without causing problems pulling it from my pocket. I will say that the clip is tough!! It took three tries to even bend it 1/16th of an inch. I know that some don't like to stock clip but I really do. I agree that this is an outstanding knife! It has put my CRK Insingos back in their boxes.

I didn't care for the clip on mine. Had I kept it I would have found a better alternative. If you adjust it so it actually retains the knife in your pocket for thin clothing then it will be too tight for those pants that are a little thicker.
