anther account from my ip?

Could anther account be made from my ip by my cousin who stays with me on the weekends, he is starting to get into knives and he doesnt have a computer at his house, would this be acceptable if there was anther account made from my ip or is this a no go?
 
It shouldn't be a problem as long as he doesn't break the rules. When there are multiple accounts with the same IP and one of them is consistently acting out, they all get banned

alright man thats cool. he just wants to come here for advice and what not. I can help some but im not the best decision maker so itll probably be better for him to get it on his own.
