I came across this site and thought it was something that we can all enjoy. Wewererogue has collected hundreds of cool and beautiful historic knife images from around the globe. It seems to be a site dedicated to gamers, but the photos and artwork he has linked to are real enough.

Hey check out that "Indian Dagger (Bichuwa), 17th century, Thanjavur, Tamil Nādu" It's like the ancestor of the modern Kit Rae fantasy wallhanger. Historical Gas Station knife.
 
It took me about 4 hours to get to the bottom of the page and I was holding the page down button the entire time! A huge collection of wonderful images from all over. There were images from books, museums, collectors and premium dealers and Youtube bloggers. I particularly enjoyed the historical paintings and drawings. It would take nearly a year to read through all of this. I saw everything from Case and modern tactical knives to medieval swords, and most of the examples are excellent works of art.

I just spend about 20 mins scrolling down through the images, then had to snap out of it, I have some lamb neck to season and marinade then grill, making some traditional lamb shish kebabs. Must stop looking at cool blades.
