Antique Lewistown PA Broad Axe Question

Hi. Does anyone have any information on this axe? I see a lot of Mann axes from Lewistown, but I'm not familiar with this name. It doesn't say PA on it, but I live 30 minutes from Lewistown, PA so I'm assuming it's a Pennsylvania axe. The stamp says W. Stewart Lewistown Superior Cast Steel. Thanks.

I don't know how this will help, but it might be a piece of the puzzle. Many years ago, in your area of PA, I found a hammer/adze that was marked W. R. Stewart. It is still one of my favorites for using. I like the looks of your broadaxe and the head pattern is also my second favorite, and my grandfather's favorite, a Pennsylvania pattern.
