I live in a community where 90% of the folks are of Finnish heritage (my wife is Fin).
You would think there were no other knives made than the Puukko and the Vitsii (?spelling?) Certainly no other knives needed ;)

You have some very nice examples in your collection Sir :) I especially like the double edged versions :thumbup:

Are any of your puukko double edged? I don't see them in the pics. As you know double edged puukko are not the usual blade style. I've never seen an original one that was double edged.

Where do you find such fine examples? I really like the Toijola and the Russian helmet styles. Also some beautiful intarsia.
