Antique store find (my best one yet)

Went down to North Carolina for my mother's 75th birthday. It is a long drive there so I didn't want to stop. We eventually were stopped by a bad accident, but we got off at an area for lunch to wait it out. Guess what was right down the road? A huge antique mall. :D we walked around a little bit... Lots of overpriced imperial knives. I gave up hope until the last isle where I found this beautiful Case XX era jack. I was nervous that it would be expensive. Talked the dealer down to $5.00 (from $8.00). Definitely my best find yet.

Wow - great price!!

Nice find - I have only found a couple of really nice deals, but nothing in a Case - thanks for the shot and giving me a little hope that there are these deals out there!

Very nice find, I'll be back at the flea market on Sunday, I know a dealer is going to bring two Case knives, but I bought the Boker he had dragged his feet on from another dealer, and he knows I'm interested, so I don't expect the prices to be reasonable, but we will see.

I LOVE old Case knives!!!!! Getting tougher to find all the time. CONGRADS! Kevin :D

I have to look through 250 vendors and walk about two miles to find something decent but it's a lot of fun when you find something.

Nice find! You must surely not be in my part of North Carolina, because I've never seen that kind of deal around here. Vacation's off to a good start!

Nice find! I wish they could replicate the colors of the old Case knives like this on some of the modern stuff.

Congratulations!! Great knife.
Case knives of the CASE XX USA era no matter with or without dots have something special you only feel in person.
If I have to bet, it's a 62087 but with that bone colour maybe 80's???
Tell us when you do a further examination
Regards
Mateo

Beautiful knife, great job getting the price to insanely awesome.
Love knives like that, an instant memory is made.

Beautiful knife for a very very nice prize! Congratz on that find!

I´m looking forward seeing more of it when it´s cleaned up a little bit. :)

Kind regards
Andi

Thanks again guys. Unfortunately, I don't have anything and my brother in law has nothing when it comes to tools (he did have WD-40) so I'll have to wait till' Monday

And it's a good workout. :D
Great find! The pics are fine for ipod pics, they are actually surprisingly high quality!

Great score... You won't find buys like that very often. The old Case bone is incredible.
I believe it is a 62087 pattern. It should be just a hair under 3 3/8 inches closed.

Compare it to mine.
