Antique Sword Identification ?

I have three antique swords and two British Enfields that were given to me by my great aunt after my great uncle passed away. The Enfields I can identify and assess value easily enough, but I have no clue how to do the same with swords, and my aunt didn't really know all that much about them. She thought one of them may have been made at the Czar Nicholas foundry, or something like that--it has some engraving along the spine near the handle that reads "3 (something something) 1837 zoda (voda?)".

If they have some value, I'd like to make sure they're included separately in my homeowner's insurance. Is there a website or resource where I can get these swords identified and appraised? TIA.

Here are a small handful off the top of my head

There are a good many antique dealers that offer both free or for fee services. Once identified, you may want to seek out other examples on dealer sites and ebay or other auction source for guidelines. Auction houses such as Cowan's have a deep library of past prices from previous auctions.

The following is one of the premier id sites but appraisals are not available in open discussion there.

You might also post to the Bernard Levine subforum here at Blade Forums

Eastern Insurance is well known in the antique arms cicuit and may also be able to help with appraisal.

These are great, thank you. And just for general interest here, I'll try and post pics in a couple of days.
