I bought a kit from Native Way Web Shop and I need some help. I've sanded the antler handle smooth but, now it looks like a phallus and I thought jigging it might help. I have a dremel 200 series and was wondering how or what bit to use. Thanks for your suggestions.

Generally, antler is not sanded smooth. Jigging it will look like you stripped the paint off your car and painted it with a brush. I would get another piece of antler.

OK, then use several of the Dremel bits. Ball burrs, stones, cut-off wheels, etc. You want various different cuts. If the result is OK, then you can dye it.

Nothing worse than sanding antler from the OUTSIDE! You should always try to sand/grind it to fit from the inside, that way you leave all the "bark" on it, which is why you wanted antler in the first place:)

It came without bark but, I appreciate the advice. I'll tinker with it until I get what I want or have to toss it and start over. Thanks guys.
