All three are in the deer/elk family. They all wear antlers that are shed each year. The Axis deer is in Africa, Red Stag (similar to American elk) are found in European countries and the Sambar deer are mainly in India. Animals that have horn do not shed them.

if you are referring to as weather or not the are made from the same material
yes horn is alot like toe and finger nails. but the names you are reffering to are from different animals and living conditions and have differnet food sources. so that is 1 reason why their look, texture, and shape is different
all three are antler, they fall off the animal yearly
red deer is not so solid as Indian sambar elk or Axis deer
if you order sambar and it's real small it most likely will be Axis deer
