Anvils

This might be in the wrong section but I've been looking for an anvil for 2 years now. I can't find one that is used in good condition and a fair price. I found this anvil and its within driving distance. Its an n.c. Calvary anvil. Does anyone have any experience with them? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I Don't know about the anvil you're referring to. If you fill out your profile it'll maybe help someone advise you better.
What's the weight? Cost? And approximate location?
Also, if it's a good one, and is advertised it might sell fast.
I bought all 3 of my anvils in a fairly anvil poor area by using SearchTempest.com.
Check 3-20 times a day. I've seen anvils listed and gone in an hour.

that is the same anvil at centaur forge. if they sell it, it can't be too bad. also, it is not cast iron. it is alloy of some kind.
