Hey there!
I am at that point in my knife related craze... that im ready to buy a hand made knife... or a “custom” if you will.
I have been looking around, kinda getting a feel for some knife makers that make knives that i like.
So far i have really been drawn to
Ray Laconico’s Slim EDC
Les George’s VECP

Any input would be much appreciated. I realize i could easily find new knifemakers myself, but i want to hear your opinion!

Post away!

Be sure you know what you want before you commit would be my advice. I think the VECP is a midtech, not a full custom though.

Lanconico is a great choice.
Check out, Pohan Leu and Mikkel Willumsen too.

Definitely know what you want and do lots n lots of research. Don't get sucked in to the latest fad. Make sure you're getting what you pay for..fit/finish, materials used etc. Consider the maker, his attitude, track record, warranty, in the whole buying process. Most importantly, choose one that you'll be happy with later on down the road and not just at the moment.
