I just ordered a Case Goldenrod jigged bone with pinched bolsters. Can't wait for it to get here!

I've been carrying my Peanut a lot lately and was thinking of getting another, but then I saw the Baby Butterbean and thought I would diversify a little. :)

Got one in pocket worn red a while back and it didn't do much for me as my sausage fingers without nails were having a difficult time opening the blades. But a few months later and a concentrated effort to not chew my nails and it's in my small knife rotation (3 peanuts, a BBB and a pen knife). Definately some love there.

I have only owned one in Coca Cola acrylic that I gave away in my first ever BF give away if I remember correctly. This was at a time when I thought a 3-1/4" blade was what I had to have. Of course, since that time, my ideas have changed a great deal as a result of this forum and I'd probably be happy to have it in my pocket now. That pinched bolster goldenrod bone is really pretty.

My wife and I both have one. Her's is her go to pocket knife. Mine I save for special occasions or when I need to travel really lite . I like mine about as we'll as my peanut I guess. Nice little knives.

I really like the look of these Baby Butterbeans and the idea of a small canoe-pattern in the watchpocket has its own appeal :)

I wish Case will release this pattern soon - and in CV of course... ;)

When I was haunting older threads here in Traditionals I realized, that these BBBs once were in the regular lineup at Case.

I'm not really a traditional knife guy, but my favorite pattern is the Baby Butterbean. Small enough to disappear, but big enough to be useful. Pleasing look and feel.

Oooh. Yellow delrin. Are the blades cv? I was thinking that they were offered in cv for a short while.

Nice pics everyone!

Thawk, I think they're just under 3" closed, about the same as a Peanut.

I love the look of the long nail nick on these.

I have several, one in damascus, another in CV, love the little buggers! But since GEC came on the scene i just don't carry much else. Shame too, this is a great little pattern.

The Goldenrod certainly looks very decent bone, good choice.

I got a BB in a trade some years back, but it doesn't do much for me, too tiddly and I like smaller knives. A recent small knife (3") I've liked very much is the Queen Cutlery Zebrawood lockback.

BBBs were a standard offering from Case until they put the pattern into the "Vault" good marketung now we are all craving BBBs again.

The Baby Butterbean came today. It's one of the prettiest knives I've had...but the fit and finish is pretty poor. I think I'm going to send it in to Case to see if they can sort it out. Really stinks because it looks so cool. The materials look great, it really is just the fit and finish that are off.
