Any blacken knife for 2002?

Hiya Ron!

Will there be an all blacken knife included within this new 2002 range? If I recall the only folder in black was the Autoclip TiNi. Oh, and also the Sog Bowie but why was the Black SogTech and MidniteTiger discontinued? Would it be too much too ask for an answer on this?

Hi Krizzard,

I don't know if there will be any blackened blades for 2002. The Nite Tech and Midnite Tiger were most likely cancelled (only a good guess) due to slow sales.

Hi Rob,

The Nite Tech and the Midnite Tiger are gun blued, carbon steel (SK-5 ) versions of the SOG Tech II and the Tigershark. These were low production models (but not "limited production" models) and stopped production in the earlier to mid 1990's.

Hey Bobby!

Afraid the Midnite was one toothless predator. But she sure look as "exotic" and "dangerous" as her name implied. I was smitten by her overall dimensions, few had the long smooth curves that she had. Though I felt that her handles should have been of firmer stuff. Boy, What a spell she threw on me then. Still feel dizzy whenever I recall her facets.
